Yet, I can’t stop myself from emphasizing the passion and affection conveyed in everything they do. After a wonderful meal, it is even a bigger privilege to be guided by the explanations of Josep Roca over his cellar and, just then, be able to understand the coherence between the people who look with curiosity, who exert every day, who work with love, and one of the most amazing cuisines around the world nowadays. An unforgettable experience worth repeating.

CAT  >  Són les petites coses, aquelles que fan gran El Celler. Molta gent ha escrit sobre la seva cuina i no crec que es pugui aportar gaire més a l’admiració general que desperten les seves creacions, però no em sembla suficient deixar de destacar la seva passió i l’afecte que transmeten en tot allò que fan. Després d’un ápat meravellós, és un luxe deixar-se portar pel Josep Roca a través de les explicacions sobre el seu celler, perquè llavors entens la coherència entre les persones que miren amb curiositat, que s’eforcen cada dia, que treballa amb amor i una de les cuines més fantàstiques que existeixen actualment al món. Una experiència inoblidable que val la pena repetir.
