a restaurant… Tokyo-Sushi
Anthony Bourdain, a celebrity chef and bestselling author, wrote in his book “Kitchen Confidential” something about the incoherence of the words cheap and sushi written together. He pointed out that good fish cannot possibly be cheap, thus restaurants offering cheap sushi were being deceptive. Well, today I must disagree, since I’ve found a restaurant where you can eat a four-course menu with an amazing sushi, for the regular price of any other daily menu in Barcelona. The place it’s hard to notice unless you know where you’re going, but once you’re in, you know you’re in good hands.
